Take part in a festive post-game tailgate in North Dining Hall featuring a menu inspired by the state of Kentucky. The menu will include pig shot bite, Kentucky wonder beans, bourbon bread pudding, Kentucky potatoes, and our take on a Louisville legend- Hot Brown Slider. The Hot Brown Slider, consisting of turkey and bacon smothered in a creamy mornay sauce then toasted, was first created in 1926 for the Brown Hotel in Louisville.
This event is ticketed, open to the public, and ends two hours after the football game finishes. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
